Ingredients
¾ cup rolled oats
¾ cup non-dairy milk
2 tablespoon chopped pecans
1 tablespoon maple syrup
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
⅛ teaspoon cinnamon

Mix everything together in a jar or container. Cover and let sit in the fridge overnight.
